Adam Evans - Estimating
Adam is responsible for the preparation of Cost Plans and Estimates for the Company.
Adam commenced in the building industry as an estimating cadet with a leading Gold Coast builder before joining the Company 8 years ago. He has experience in luxury homes, residential apartments, commercial and industrial buildings. He is also experienced at Cost Planning, Design and Construct and Elemental estimating. Adam is completing his studies to obtain a builders license.
Paul Younan - Director
Paul Younan is the Director of the Company and oversees the operations of the business.
He has managed the construction company for the last 10 years. Paul has also participated in several beachfront developments on the Gold Coast. He has experience in residential units, houses and commercial construction. Paul has a Bachelor of Economics and an Honours Degree in Law.
Matt Sands - Project Management
Matt Sands is a Project Manager for the Company and oversees the administration of our construction projects.
Matt commenced his career as a carpentry tradesman working on domestic and commercial projects. He went on to study surveying and worked as a survey manager on large scale commercial and infrastructure projects. He joined the company in 2003 as a contracts administrator and is a licensed builder.
Sebastian Koppel - Financial Controller
Sebastian is the Financial Controller of the Company and oversees the operation of the accounts department.
He joined the Company in 2003 after completing 5 years post admission as a solicitor. In addition to managing the financial operations of the business, Sebastian has carried out the administration on our prestige housing projects. Sebastian has Accounting and Law degrees.
Craig Scanlon - Construction Manager
Craig is our Construction Manager and oversees the supervision of all our building projects.
Craig commenced in the building industry in 1990 as an apprentice carpenter working on the gold Coast. He progressed his way through to become a qualified tradesman and licensed builder. Craig operated his own carpentry business on the Gold Coast and in Sydney before commencing as a site supervisor with T & T in 2001.
Craig has had experience in residential apartments, houses, commercial offices and industrial buildings.
